שירות TELEKAL AI מופעל על ידי בנימין פלא (עוסק פטור), ומספק מענה טלפוני אוטומטי (פקיד קבלה דיגיטלי) לעסקי שירות, ומאפשר ללקוחות לקבוע ביקורים ולמסור את כתובתם דרך וואטסאפ. מסמך זה מסביר אילו נתונים אנו אוספים וכיצד אנו משתמשים בהם.
הנתונים משמשים אך ורק כדי לתאם ולבצע את ביקור השירות שהלקוח ביקש — לקבוע מועד, לאפשר לטכנאי להגיע לכתובת הנכונה, ולעדכן את בעל העסק.
הנתונים משותפים עם בעל העסק שאצלו נקבע הביקור, לצורך מתן השירות בלבד. איננו מוכרים נתונים ואיננו משתפים אותם עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק.
התקשורת מתבצעת דרך WhatsApp Business. הודעות נשלחות רק לאחר שהלקוח פנה לעסק וקבע ביקור. הלקוח יכול להפסיק לקבל הודעות בכל עת.
שיחות הטלפון עם המענה האוטומטי מעובדות ונשמרות באופן מאובטח אצל ספק טכנולוגיית הקול המשמש אותנו, לצורך הפקת הסיכום הכתוב לבעל העסק ולצורך תפעול השירות בלבד. השיחות אינן משמשות לשיווק ואינן מועברות לגורמים אחרים.
בטופס יצירת הקשר באתר נאספים שם, מספר טלפון ושם העסק (אם נמסר) — לצורך חזרה אליך בלבד. הפרטים אינם משמשים לדיוור או לרשימות תפוצה.
הנתונים נשמרים למשך הזמן הדרוש לביצוע השירות ולמעקב סביר לאחריו, ולאחר מכן נמחקים.
ניתן לבקש לעיין בנתונים, לתקנם או למחקם, בפנייה לכתובת הדוא"ל למטה.

TELEKAL provides an automated phone receptionist for service businesses and lets customers book visits and share their address via WhatsApp.
Data collected: customer name, phone number, appointment details, and service address (typed or shared via WhatsApp location).
Use: solely to schedule and fulfill the service visit the customer requested.
Sharing: shared only with the service business handling the visit. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
WhatsApp: messages are sent only after the customer contacts the business and books a visit. Customers may opt out at any time.
Phone calls: calls answered by the automated receptionist are processed and stored securely by our voice technology provider, solely to generate the written summary for the business and to operate the service. Calls are not used for marketing and are not shared with other parties.
Website contact form: collects name, phone number and business name (if provided) solely so we can contact you back. Not used for mailing lists.
Retention: kept only as long as needed to provide the service, then deleted.
